Yes. The unit has a built-in 4G/5G SIM card, so no internet connection is needed on site. It is designed specifically for unattended environments like campgrounds, boat ramps, car washes, dog washes, and public facilities.
Yes. Multi-voltage options are available to accommodate installations in and around water - including marinas, boat ramps, wash-down stations, dog washes, and car washes.
No problem. You only pay merchant fees when the system is active. If your facilities are closed over winter or during a quiet season, you can switch off the merchant account and stop paying those fees entirely. Turn it back on when you are ready. There is no penalty and no lock-in.
Most sites see immediate savings by eliminating cash handling, reducing maintenance, and cutting water and energy waste through timed access.
There is a one-off setup fee of $130 + GST to establish your Nayax merchant account — you only ever pay this once, regardless of how many devices you add later. After that, a $20/month account fee plus $14.70/month per device covers licensing, support, telemetry, and the built-in SIM card. Transaction fees are $0.20 + 0.85% per card payment. No hidden fees.Note: Installation by a licensed electrician is not included in the above pricing and will vary depending on your site and existing setup. Requirements may differ between New Zealand and Australia. We are happy to advise on what is typically involved.Note: Pricing above is in NZD and applies to New Zealand-based customers.
